Great performances at County B Cross Country

The Club made the short trip to Dundrum House Hotel for the County Juvenile B Cross Country Championships where conditions were dry and cool. The Club was well represented and we saw some great performances. In the Girls under 9 Erin O Keeffe ran a great race when coming through over the final 100m to win the Silver medal, great running. In the Boys under 9 500m race we had some great performances from Gavin Ryan 9th, Charlie Phillips 10th and Archie O Sullivan and these three athletes combined very well to win the Bronze medals. In the Girls under 11 race Eimear Heafey ran a great race, she was always well positioned and put in a great effort over the closing stages to win the Silver medal.
