The Berlin Marathon took place today in what were warm and sunny conditions and the Club was well represented by David Mansfield. The Glengarriff 5 mile road race took place last weekend. Here Hannah Steeds put in a very good performance when finishing 5th overall to win the Women’s race in 31 min 29 secs. This was great preparations for Hannah as she competes in the County 10 mile in Galbally this Sunday.

Clonmel AC were well represented at the National Masters Track and Field Championships in Santry today. John Laste competed in the 5000m Walk championships over 55. Going into this event John was well prepared as he was focussed on this event for the past couple of months. Especially after he set a PB over 5000m
