The Scottish 10K Walk Championships took place last weekend in Carluke in very demanding conditions with John Laste competing. John put in a very good performance when finishing 2nd guest in his age group in a very good time of 66 mins 39 secs.

The Moycarkey Coolcroo AC series of races took place last weekend. In the 10k Alan Carter ran well when finishing 6th in 41 mins 8 secs, Aine Roche ran very well when winning the women’s race in 42 mins 36 secs. We also had good running from Noel Howley 52:54 and Eamonn Crowley in 62:46.
