The first promotion of this event took place in good conditions and it was great to see club members competing. Joey Feery underlined his recent good form when running very well to finish 3rd in 58 mins 35 secs. Then we had Conor Fleming also running very well when winning the 2nd over 50 award in 64:24. Then we had Vasiliy Neumerzhitskiy also running very well when finishing 19th in 69:29. Kealey Tideswell ran very well when finishing 2nd woman in 67:16.
