The Great Limerick series of races incorporated a Marathon, a Half Marathon and a 10k and it was great to see Club members running so well over the variety of distances. In the Marathon we saw great running from Eelco Beckers finishing 19th in a brilliant time of 3 hours 15 mins 6 secs, a PB. Eelco reached hallway in 1 hour 35 mins 3 secs on his way to this brilliant effort and this performance betters his previous best by 5 minutes, brilliant effort. . Then we had Gary Grant also running very well when finishing 145th in 3 hours 19 mins 42 secs having reached halfway in 1 hour 38 mins 21 secs. We also had good performances from John Griffin 371st in 3 hours 50 mins 38 secs and reaching halfway in 1 hour 54 mins 55 secs. Tom Quinn dipping under 4 hours when finishing 480th in 3 hours 59 mins 45 secs and going through halfway in 1 hour 58 mins 6 secs. Then we had Anne Marie Lowes making her debut over this classic distance when finishing in 4 hours 42 mins 58 secs, great running. In the Half Marathon Conor Fleming ran a great race when finishing 30th in 81 mins 11 secs. Then, we had Angela McCann also running very well when finishing 2nd over 45 in 84 mins 36 secs when finishing 57th overall. We also had good performances from Ian Patterson 513th in 1 hour 52 mins 19 secs, Kate Wall 539th in 1 hour 52 mins 55 secs and Brian Tyrrell 1210th in 2 hours 5 mins 9 secs. In the 10k we also had good performances from Eamon English 224th in 49 mins 36 secs and Carmel Delaney 1472nd in 68 mins 1 sec.
