This event promoted by our friends in Carrick on Suir road runners took place in warm conditions last Friday night. Conor Fleming was our first man home when winning the over 50 award impressively in 23 mins 30 secs. Then we had Angela McCann finishing 3rd woman 25 mins 2 secs. Then we had Michael Moloney also running well when 28th in 25:41. Suzanne Shine was 1st over 40 when finishing in 25 mins 48 secs. Then we had Aisling English winning the women’s over 35 prize in 27 mins 11 secs. We also had good performances from Marian Flaherty finishing 57th in 29: 53 and Nicola Maunsell 62nd in 30:47.
